    yes too true, step,

I started just with me, on my own after my parents introduced me, now I have the brownies involved and I now have a entourage when I go, if I go...

Yeah, good plan to keep some of the nappies back - if the night time thing takes longer too you may need them all - 1.5 years worth so far in our case!

That's such a good idea! I know there's a game where there are blues and reds and they have these points where they fight. The more that one team visits that point, the more control they have over it. But I don't know what it's called. All of these points are public places as well.

I have never seen this!! How mad. I like the idea though!!

FGN just here and oneself is off out to pound the streets a bit. Got cabin fever. Poor Jellytot has had a bad day. Dicky tummy, constipation... not good, very painful. She is fast asleep safe in a nappy. She refused point blank all day to let it defeat her but spent the day shrieking in pain. Wore us both down so I need to get some air and music in me.

    Hugs peoples

Have a good night. I have had a great day food wise and now need to crank up the steps and flights of stairs to feel a bit better. :) Then a few weights and the bath. xx

17 and a half thousand steps managed yesterday. I took myself from 7900 to 17,484 whilst out last night. I also managed 75 flights of stairs!! It involved going up and down the cliff steps repeatedly ;) was out of puff, but managed to walk up 10 flights (the entire way) without stopping each time. This is a marked improvement on when I first started and had to stop twice on the way up!

EnnPower finally refunded me the extra from where they changed my meter just before I left and then estimated the final reading despite being given it by the meter changer. £12.80 is still not to be sniffed at! Also had another £5.88 paid in from TCB.

The weather is dire. We are attempting leggings with knickers underneath today. Yesterday was just leggings, no knickers ;) she seems much better but we shall see how it goes. Tomorrow she will be taking a giant bag of underwear, socks, and leggings to nursery :rotfl:

I've been pampering myself this month. You know, the usual stuff, exfoliating gloves used in the shower, lots of epsom salt baths, pedicures and the rest. I am also working hard on removing an unsightly *mark* from the palm of my hand with TCA (acid) and can see my hard work is paying dividends.

I want to feel confident. No good losing the weight if I still slob around and don't feel good in myself. My skin is looking fab :) psoriasis gone, thank you sugar free diet and epsom salt baths!! :D

Have a good Sunday everyone!! I am looking forward to the next 2 days when I can finally switch off from the drama of toilet training without being at work. Bless nursery!! I am going to collect the shopping, bring it back, go for some exercise and then chill out at home until collection time tomorrow. Can't wait. xx

Flipping Nora at those steps Lilt - very well done :T:T:T

Great news on how your diet is working so well and your skin too :T. I read an article in a magazine courtesy of the hairdressers yesterday on the 'fat' diet - all makes total sense :)

Hope Jelly and the Leggings (new band anyone :rotfl:) go together well today, tomorrow and forever more. Amen :D

    Have a great day!

I'm sat here blowdrying wee out of my duvet Ali... how do you think today is going? :rotfl: FML - another one I use often for the acronym brigade. Although slightly ruder than most, it sums this up perfectly. I now have to arrange for my duvet to be dry cleaned at some point. As it is gigantic and kingsize 10.5 tog it won't fit in a washer. And I am not even attempting the laundrette with it. lord knows how many 50p's I would need before it was dry!!

Have to say about the diet Ali, I am finding the longer I carry it on, the more benefits I am seeing. Yes I miss ice cream and marvellous creations.. but I really enjoy what I am eating. Lunch is tuna and boiled egg salad with lots of mayo :D

Breakfast was a Jalapeño egg popper. I made a dozen of these and froze them. 190 calories. The recipe calls for 8 eggs, chopped jalapeños grated cheddar, cream cheese and garlic/onion powder but I just subbed roule which was lovely, a slice of streaky bacon part cooked and wrapped around the inside of the muffin tray (per muffin), with the egg/cheese/jalapeño mix poured in, the baked for 20 minutes. They are great for on the go and to fill you up quick!!

No idea on dinner yet. meat meat and more meat ;)

I am salivating at all these wonderful creations you're making and eating, tons of foods that I love too.... a great improvement on my slice of ham, salad and small dollop of salad cream yesterday for lunch :rotfl:

:( at the duvet. The day WILL get better :D I insist ;)

Wanders off to survey fridge contents of salad and imagine avocados and bacon instead :rotfl:
