shyspender the ketogenic diet supposedly works wonders from my very slim Doctor who suffers with them badly! But also, if you do get stonkers you can't get rid of from time to time, try asking for Zolmitriptan. It has always been the ONLY thing to shift my headaches. Unfortunately quinoa is one of the things I have to avoid at first. I can't even have my beloved lentils!! I've got cupboards full of stuff I can't have!!

And sign up to the docs you little Monster!!

Peaty much sympathy with all of the thing eating :( but you are way more organised than me with your pills. I have an old soap and glory box with no lid which suffices as long as I remove all the boxes ;) Lucky for me all of my pills are multicoloured and different packaging including a fetching green bottle of yellow pills!

apple todays breakfast was 2 poached eggs with half an avocado, asparagus and mushrooms. Lunch was steak, pak choi, celery, spinach and some mixed nuts with a couple of green olives and mayonnaise. And now I have eaten 200g of turkey breast and am about to start a dinner of salmon and kale :D

Lunch and snacks are lined up tomorrow and include nuts, a boiled egg, cooked turkey. Lunch itself is more steak and various green veggies with mayonnaise.

    I am being ahave!! xxxx

Haha it is also blooming hard work but will be sure to do the cooking as long as you do the furniture choosing ;) xx

Morning diary and peeps. I am feeling a bit of a mixed bag this morning. Today is my Pops funeral. It is also the day I am to spend hours running around after an accountant and having various meetings. Joy. Will be thinking of Pop and have vowed to take a break at half past 10 for 15 minutes and just go outside and talk to him in my head. Work can suck it if they don't like it.

Off to have my green tea and omelette. Then hi-ho off to work I go. xxx

Shall be thinking of you today and hoping work doesn't make it any more difficult than it will be.

New grub sounds fab. Staving off hunger with water might help as well. :)

Migraine central over here yesterday, but not got a good size pill collection like yours or Westie's...yet

Thank you guys. Already on my walk to work.

Ali a staple of the diet is litres of water!! I am doing my best and have had a large glass and a cup of green tea :)

Him arrived as I was eating with an "ohhh where is mine?!" I said he could have the pots. Very gracious I think.

Oops just nearly walked into a man!

HarrysMummy I hate diets which is why I don't usually do them but if it gets rid of the migraines without more pills I need to do it!

Just noticed my button is open over my bra. Thank heavens for tank tops! On that note I am off to concentrate on not hitting people, getting run over and maintainimg my state of dress. :rotfl: xxx

  • I've spent the last couple of weeks reading your diary and I'm kinda sad to come to the end. I don't usually post on busy diaries (my social anxiety extends to internet forums) but you write so well I've really felt a part of your life.
    I'm sorry about your Pops.
Good luck with the migraine diet!
