  • LOL thanks for the input enthusiasticsaver - she has had salmon before and had no reaction. it didn't occur to me until my friend asked what she had eaten once she was back in bed. I went and looked and the rest of the fillets were in the fridge. They didn't smell horrific but definitely funky. Him has no sense of smell so he had no idea. He was gutted when I told him. :(

Small has finished her dinner in record time and is eating a drumstick lolly. Whatever keeps her happy and quiet for a while :D

Oh poppet - feel for you with the throwing up/cleaning up malarkey. We were lucky to save all the duvets that were affected. Do hope it was just dodgy fish...

Dd and I are playing 'scribbles' at the mo. Or rather, I do a scribble and she makes it inot a picture. She got bored having to do scribbles for me!

Today we have had ELSA pay us a visit - wonderful woman! We are left with a happy child and a super tidy house, but am glad it is all over for another 12 months.

  • WOW at Elsa..... I remember the expense! Did not realise it was today! And did she tidy up too? ;)

Hope DD is much better flower. I was not fighting with a £7 duvet soaked through with fish sick... Not at 11 at night. Lol.

P.S have you ever played super scribblenauts on nintendo ds? Do you have a DS? xx

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:to me having a DS !!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I am sooo the wrong generation and sooo not bothered by anything more challenging than scrabble, bejeweled, angry birds!!!!!

I reckon Elsa was worth every penny - especially as I was able to spread the cost over several months. Shame that half the money goes to the agency... Let's see what dd's plan for next bday will be... This is the first time I've done something like this - I usually do all the games and prizes and food and tidying myslef, and dh does face painting and photos. Despite doing a LOT less than normal, I still crashed once she'd gone and lay down for 10 mins!

  • All is well Lucky - how was the party?! Am off to find out!!

apple I wondered if DD would appreciate it. My mum is very much a scrabble girl but she LOVED some of the puzzle games on the DS & I have them. Was thinking it is just sat here doing nothing like it has been for the last couple of years. She could have it! Games too xx

  • Oh Lilts, just catching up on Fishsickgate. Poor Lilty and poor Jelly. Hope you are both okay now. I remember projectile vomiting days and just dripping with vom!

Sending much love. Sorry I am not around much at the moment. Feels like lots happening at the moment and that things are shifting into place, like creaking tetonic plates. Hopefully they'll get into place soon. Xxxxx

I had to do an Internet search, but was confused by the tidy house bit at first. Thought it was some cleaning company.

Thanks Lilty, there certainly are some tsunami type waves :rotfl: xx
