Can you not put a notice in the local gazette stating that XYZ(you) is moving & if anyone wants to know where to contact your solicitor.
I find it highly unlikely that you can't move home without their permission esp as your ex seems to be of no fixed abode.
He does have a fixed abode, I'm just not allowed to know it
My solicitor just said to inform him in writing that we have moved address and give him the new one. I have no problems with him knowing where his child is, It wont "stop" us from moving - but i dont see the point in giving him any ammunition that he *could* use against me.
Again with the paper - it's proving he saw it IYKWIM.OK
Have you tried 192.com?
Yes, Although its bringing up a fair few results (Common name) so its trying to work out which one it is
- but thats my task this week 0 -

If he refuses to give you a physical address text him the new address as that is the only form of communication he will accept, thus taking the onus off of you to inform him in by letter.
He wont give it me - i have no idea when they moved, i was sending christmas cards and birthday cards to his mums for ages!
I've texted his mum and asked for it again but she hasnt replied.
There will be a way "round" it im sure - but i just want to be 100% sure he cant throw anything back at me in the future (I suspect he will at one point)0 -

I thought of this - and ive already sent one to the email addres he used when we dated. Not had a read reply yet (Although you can always stop the notification) so he may have seen it and im unaware0 -
Will his mum provide you with her address?
Send 2 copies to him c/o mum from 2 separate post offices with free certificates of posting. No court would accept that both failed to arrive.
Letter to include:
Since you refuse to give me your address, I am sending this to your mothers, as I know you are in touch. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

When she thought DD was visiting them thats when they told me that they had moved and gave me their new address. I deleted it (D'OH)
I've re texted her and asked for the address again but she hasnt replied. I'm going to look on 192 later for her address as i know the area at least for her!
I think im going to get my solicitor to note down all the different ways ive tried and then leave it at that, There's only so much i can do and im running out of ideas of how to have it "written" to him.0 -

I have the HQ address but thats not where he "works" - He has a technical job but works around the UK or from home so I could send it to his HQ but I cant gaurantee he will get it (if that makes sense!)
EDIT: That's if he is still in the same job as he was 5 years ago0
