Hi everyone
We thought it would be a fun poll to see who's giving them out this year.
Do you normally give them out but cutting back this year, or switching to e-cards?

Could you do with a Money Makeover?

Yes - e-cardsI am sending as few as possible by post. Rather phoning people and having a chat and asking them to put the 50 pence they would have spent on postage into their favourite charity box or give to the Phillipines disaster appeal.
Anyone who is online and wants one will get a tasteful e-card- Jacquie Lawson- they are delightful.
I have made a few cards to give to friends where no postage is involved!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

I am only posting a few this year, as the cost of postage is ridiculous, and handing out the rest#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0 -
No - not sending anythingHi,
I didn't send any last year & won't be this year. My friends baby was born last October with liver failure & a certain charity supported her no end & still does so I sent money to them. I posted the letter they thanked me with on my FB & also on emails to people to say why I was not sending them. Much happier doing this & wish more people would, I tell friends not to bother as we don't put them up anyway.
We see lots of friends over the christmas period so wish them merry christmas & a happy new year so why do we need cards.0 -
