That's strange to hear - most newbies (non legally trained) don't say that and just pick the letter they need from Daisy's examples. She explains what to send if you get a LBCCC - you don't need to know about the Practice Direction but it would be a good idea to Google it and inform yourself. This is generally not seen as not difficult stuff and we aren't legally trained either. Don't be put off by info and template letters that have been written to your advantage in a professional & robust way. Daisy's not asking you to take a Law exam, she's telling newbies what to send, depending on their circumstances...do take a closer look with a cuppa in hand.

I have a letter before claim from controlaccount PLC from a Euro Car Parks Ltd (link posted) from parking at Sainsburys.


I have read through all the posts and cannot find the letter I need. Sorry, I may be being a bit slow on the uptake.


It refers to Post 9 but when I look at Post 9 that seems to be about when you receive a court letter?


Do I need the letter in Post 6?

use the forum search tool in the green banner near the top (right hand side) , and use the search word funkyfreakapotomus or Controlaccount to find it easily, or go through your personal control panel (UserCP) to find your threads
