No 127 reporting in. Standard OP of £100 has been made, plus £100 bit extra - couldn't resist an early start

Number 31 with first OP of £100 which is our standard OP on our DD. Might be a bit slow for the first few months of the year as I am changing job and there will be a gap in pay - half pay Jan and Feb so not ideal for overpaying!
Lots of income upping to be done I think0 -
Small overpayment to start off the new year with:
£5.92!Mortgage 1: May 2012 £90,000 April 2020: £47,000

Mortgage began on the 1st January 2014. 30 Year Term, borrowed £114,000 at a 95% LTV on our property valued at £120,000. Two Year Fixed Term at 5.59% (payments of £650.78) followed by variable rate of 3.99% (estimated payments £548.51).
I've an ambitious, yet hopefully achievable, plan to have the mortgage paid off within 15 years. Plan to overpay a total of £4,364.43 this year.
Already made one overpayment of £122.33 with the 1st Jan payment."Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you...
