    This doesn't work.

    Please consider locking it.

(Presumably easy enough to do, and "undo" should CM want to post anything new - and would locking it stop vital posts mysteriously vanishing as a bonus??)
Tried this before and it was simply too much trouble. I'm happy to close it (CM - please message me if so) but there is always a delay when opening it as it depends on me/one of the other BGs being online.

The original post was made in 2013.
I'm in Scotland and got a £90 charge notice from highview. Am I still safe to ignore ???

Sorry, just saw I'm not meant to post here!!
Please delete (maybe after stating if the Scottish situation is still up to date)

I'm afraid you're going to get ignored posting on an information only sticky thread, the reading of which will give you your answer!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Can you help i have PCN from Secure a Space you said it would need a new thread but i dont know how to start one.
I received the PCN in Nov from Secure a space i was visiting a friend in a housing estate with private parking i paid the fee at the pay and display, parked in the visitor slot but the permit my friend had given me had fallen out of site. i appealed and did int hear so assumed it was all done and closed. The next thing is i have just received a letter from PCS asking for £120. I called and e-mailed secure a space who said they e-mailed a reply which i never received, they said it may have gone into the spam or junk box, it went from my work e-mail so if it was sent and went to spam it never reached me i get no spam or junk.
i have written to the private land owner who has refused to cancel the charge saying i was sent an e-mail and could have paid the reduce offer of £45 the original was £60 or appeal to POPLA but of cause i didint know this as i never received the e-mail
secure a Space have sent a new e-mail with an attachment dated from Nov but not the original e-mail. I have requested this and photographic evidence. where do i go from here.
can you help rescue me from these robbing people , i have signed the petition am also going to get in touch with local council
