How can I find time to make these super-arty lunches

I love the idea of these. Hubby does the childrens lunch boxes though & I don't think he's as enthused as me lol.I'm tempted by the egg molds though. they would be fabby.

Honestly, I'm eating healthier as a result. One day last week I didn't make a bento box and the carp I ate was unreal

Well i think im converted. I have to eat a high protien diet due to health reason which normally means i pick on chunks of cheese or ham through out the day along with fruit. I really think these are going to help me keep track of my portion sizes and also hopefully increase variety in my diet. Also, as Im going to try my hand at making my own sushi.....they will fit perfectly!!

Im think this is going to be addictive!

I have several egg molds (bunnies, cars, hearts, teddies, stars, fish) they are soo cute. My son's aren't big on eating cold eggs though (awkward beggars!) so I have been tring to think of other stuff I could mold. Any ideas?

You can mould rice in them, I have done so on a few occassions. Just make sure the moulds are wet or the rice will stick to them. Not sure about anything else though, I'll go investigate

Oh yes please!! I would love to read it, i may be able to pick up some tips :j

I cant wait to start this, Im also going to do a box for my Hubby as I wanted to learn to make sushi anyway and these boxes are just perfect for that. I just need to wait till payday before i can order the boxes, I have found a great 'male' one on ebay
