How can I find time to make these super-arty lunches

Japanese rice is best for onigiri as it sticks together better. The brand I use is nishiki
I buy it from an asian food store, but I find it cheaper to buy in 15kg bags. I pay approx £12 for a bag this size. My local Tesco also stock some sushi making essentials, they did have small bags of yutaka brand rice, It is priced at £2.59 for a 500g bag.
