Oh that's very good, well done
I very nearly ate a crumb of chocolate off the table in the coffee room at work - not my crumb - just managed to stop myself before it went in my mouth - chocoholic alert :rotfl::rotfl:
Aww that's nice. Good karma will come your way I'm sure
So my potting isn't going brilliantly at the moment but I have banked what was in the pot I dropped (took 3 days - blimmin Halifax only taking 5 bags a day) and my siggy's up to date.
Have a lovely weekend everyone

Ooh by the way, who was it said they did the Moonwalk a few years ago? When did you do it? Did you enjoy it? I'm nervous/excited now!
I did it about 4 years ago. I did enjoy it, but I was really nervous. It rained all night and was freezing cold, and the organisation wasn't as good as I expected. It wasn't really the organisers fault. There were loads of road works and road closures going on in London due to the rebuilding of blackfriars station and London bridge station, so there was loads of stopping due to the volume of people who were trying to get down narrowed roads. The food in the tent was really nice at the beginning, not that there was room in the tent to eat it, so loads of us had to eat outside the tent in the rain. I am really glad I did it, but I don't think I would do it again. There was loads of crying when people got over the finish lineSPC9 #125 - £816.85

Got a £2 coin to pot
32b3 that sounds like both the years I did it -the half in 2009 and the full in 2011! Both were cold and wet and we wore our fleeces most of the time. I loved the experience tho; the crowded tent, the 'high' everyone was on, people waving from London buses at 3am as we crossed roads, the bacon butty and blister plasters in Hyde Park at the end, my OH turning up at unexpected places to take photos and cheer us on. I'm sure Iceland will be completely different but I can't wait to go!

Hi, hope everyone is okay. Have caught up on the thread a little bit but not entirely! So hugs to those who need them.
Wishing you all the best mumof3plusoh.
Chi-Me, I like what you are hoping to use your SPC money for. I really want to see the Northern Lights. I have been mulling over the idea of a similar holiday. I was thinking maybe as a special treat/second honeymoon, when we celebrate our 40th birthdays and our 20th Wedding anniversary. Got a few years to go yet, but its definitely on my radar!
EDIT: Just logged on to faceache, and a Iceland/Northern Lights holiday, £185 pp popped up!! Freaky deeky, must be a sign lol!!
Potted around 50p in shrapnel last night. I also paid some money off the credit card and decided to pay a little bit extra to get it to the 38% mark. :T Feeling pleased about that. Hopefully next month I can get it over the 40% figure.Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0
