"Sealed Pot Challenge" ~ 7

Good afternoon, not been on for a while but my little sealed pot is getting heavier, Iv been really diciplined and have been emptying all my loose change apart from 20p pieces (hubby saves these seperately) into my pot at the end of every day. We were away last week for a few days and the change mounted up in my purse so all got tipped in. Isn it satisfying to feel it getting fuller, happy potting everyone x

So sorry to hear of all the poorly and sad people today BIG HUGS all round.

As I haven't been potting very much lately I have spent this afternoon searching for things to sell on fleabay and I've found some stuff which is definitely surplus to requirements. Just listed it for free

Sold some curtains on FB this afternoon,so £10 added to the pot.Free money,woohoo :j.
I have just had a quick peek in my February budget envelope,thought I was going to add leftover change from it to the pot today because I could only see shrapnel in the envelope.When I rummaged harder,in amongst all the receipts and other detritus was a £20 note :j,so I might save that for a day when I haven't had anything to pot for awhile.

Evening all, a few not well - take care.

lynnejk - no, not nosey at all. We're off to Torremolinos (Costa del Sol) for a cheapie break. Off there again early June for a week and a bit, but will hit La Carihuela, Arroyo de la Miel and perhaps Benalmadena (a few nights in each area) or perhaps even Fuengirola. Some rooms booked, but still need to book the last three nights.
EasyJet winter flights out in a week or two - hoping for some bargains!!

Potted £4 tonight and included another £2 coin and also a £1 coin road-kill (thanks to whoever dropped that).

AlwaysHappy - my thoughts are with you and your mum, but as you say at least you provided your mum with the opportunity to see her sister before her passing, it must be of great comfort to her that she did this.

Hope all the poorly people soon feeling better. Don't think the changeable weather helps as we all could do with a bit of warm sunshine this time of the year.

We went to Benalmadena for our Jan/Feb hols and enjoyed it, even though quiet that time of the year. It is so nice and handy for visiting lots of places and good bus/train links. Hope you enjoy Torre - we went years ago and had a great time
