I'm a newbie to this challenge and was away for a long weekend visiting my son at uni when it started. But I didn't forget! I put all my spare change (and a handful from him) into a wee carrier bag and brought it home with me to add to my coffee jar :) I've decided not to count as I add to the jar to keep the excitement of finding out the final total. Apart from that I've a mind like a sieve so would forget every week and may think I should have more than I end up with!!

My aim is to put something in the jar every day. Love reading everyone's comments and tips, so inspiring.

    Keep potting :)

    Hello Peeps!

Sorry I wasn't around much towards the end of the potting season but hopefully things are going to be a bit better from now on.

Where are you going then, mossy, or have I forgotten?

We are on holiday in America for Christmas :xmastree: and New Year _party_...can't wait!! We're staying in Texas with friends and then have half a day in New York on the way home!!

Not sure how I'm going to pay for this yet, fortunately it's only food and spending money...which will mainly be Christmas money from family instead of gifts. :happyhear

Feeling a bit down because I'm not feeling very well at the moment and we've got ourselves in to a bit of a money pickle what with unexpected house expenses, DH's tax to pay in Jan (have been saving up for it in an ISA but just checked and we are short by quite a bit) and other things but hey ho I'm sure it will work itself out. _pale_ :o Will get on top of it in the new year :money: and in the meantime try not do anything too stupid!! Thank goodness I had my pot to pay for Christmas presents! ;) All because of you and Sparky!! :smileyhea
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!
