    Hi everyone
Although I very rarely post I do follow the thread. I'm potting a little every week but I don't keep a running total. There's very little (none) road kill up here but I keep looking.
    Wer

Hi WER, wonderful to see you so soon...keep it up when you can. :D Ah...the roadkill comes when you least expect it to, head down and be in people places such as recreation grounds, parks etc, car parks too. Good like and love to K - you too of course.

With luck and good budgetting/saving, tatabubbly, you'll get there. ;)

    Brilliant work, Beth!!

VERY well done, WishICouldFindMySlippers, though why ever did I think you weren't a fellar?!! :undecided

    Hi ETO, and great savings!

You got it right, Rosy, twould have been so downright rude not to have graciously accepted the £12 CP cash. :D

Wow Saver-upper, you were so VERY lucky with that £5er!!! :(

You're doing so well, Braddy, I'm just so pleased you came across us and have saved so much!

It's so lovely to see you back, Queenriderbrekke!! :grinheart I've given you No 138 as ALM said she's changed her mind about SPC.

Well folks, Queenriderbrekke saved a MASSIVE £1437.53 throughout last year so now - the
    Grand Total for 2013 is a mammoth £50.642.78!!! :T:j:T

So, we've topped last year's by £883.32!!! Happy, happy, happy!!

    Well done, EVERYBODY!!!!!

Have a lovely evening and a great Tuesday, SPCers. :D

PLEASE NOTE everyone: It's time to change your numbers! You'll see there are LOADS less names and numbers now, but it's useless having folk on the list that no longer save with us. However, if old members return then you'll be made very welcome and can still have your name added and be given a new number. :D Please change numbers ASAP folks.
    Sue x

family birthday weekend, so money out = lots vs money in pot = 0 :(

    Ah well, it was nice

On the money saving front we went to a local college and paid £5 to have a haircut, wash, restyle, blow dry. Nice job too

Clearing out a box of 'stuff ' I came across the commemorative coins I put away for the kids. After checking online I found out that most of them are still only worth the price on the front ( or back ). :(
There's a £5 Crown that can go in the pot/bank and two £2 coins from 1989 which might be worth a bit more. They look like £1 coins, all one colour and sized in between todays £1 & £2 coins. I don't know whether to pot them or have the hassle of trying to sell them. There are loads on Eb*y already.

I've got a fifteen shilling coin from 1953 too. Must be a Coronation Crown but doesn't have it on it. Got lots of Silver Jubilee Crowns and Charles and Diana Wedding Crowns but they're only worth 25p each. May as well pot/bank them too.

Going to the theatre tonight to see Robert Powell as Hercule Poirot in Black Coffee, A.C.s first play. Only spending my bus fare so won't have any change to pot tonight.

Sue, DH says thank you for his birthday wishes.

Welcome to all our new and returning potters.

            Hugs to all.
