Hi Guys, I haven't been able to drop in for a couple of weeks and we are now up to page 135!!!

Hubby rummages have been continuing through the start of the New Year. My son's Kilimanjaro pot for Meningitis Research was building up nicely but unfortunately his collection pot was stolen from my workplace by a patient so he is having to work extra hard with raising more funds :( Hard to keep him motivated, but all for a good cause...

39p in the big tin as that was all the shrapnel left in my purse :o will be off to the cashpoint tomorrow to take out DH and my pocket money and the remainder of the months food budget . . . little bit concerned that we havent even started the month and £80 is already missing but will just have to see how it stretches through the month.

  • Well the car was in the garage today and due to a burst water pipe in the morning (not one of my best days), I had an unexpected day off work.

This meant I got to walk my DD to school (something I would love to do, but can't due to work). And, when I was walking to pick her up in the afternoon, I found my first roadkill since joining SPC - so that's 20p in the pot. It managed to cheer me up, I've never been so excited about a 20p piece before!

    Hi All,

I've not been able to get online for the last week or so, but just wanted to update that I have been potting as and when I can! Not been huge amounts as this last week or so before payday have been very tight!

Hope everyone else is doing really well! xx
