well after being stood up yesterday, resold the coat to someone else last night and they collected this afternoon so a lovely £1.50 in my pot, plus DH cleaned the oven today which started a complete blitz of the kitchen and cupboard reshuffle, binned all the out of date stuff in the back of the cupboards, threw away all the rubbish that didnt have a home, and found 21p so that went in the pot too

My kitchen looks sooooooo much better, just got the drawers and the s*** corner (as we lovingly call it
) to sort and that will be the entire downstairs sorted
Went to co-op today and they are till spitting £5 off £20 spend coupons to be used by 28th jan, bought a load of bog roll and kitchen roll and am going back tomorrow for a load more :j can never have too much bog roll and with velvet on £3 for 9 rolls at the minute thats about 25p a roll after the discount

Just been and bought a tin of soup and a bread roll which combined only cost me 65p as the tin was dented
but I paid at self service and got a point for my bag and someone had left 90p in the change tray!!!!

Only 36p for me today.
I did get £6 in £2 coins in change, but I'm trying a weekly cash budget and won't pot them until Friday just in case

I'm so excited about getting my pot started for the year. I have a tonne of change in my purse, loads of pound coins
I'm staying at a hotel in central manchester tomorrow night though so I've saved it for the excessive parking charges that I'm sure I'm going to have to pay.
So it's going to be a happy start to my potting year with all the spare going in!Sealed Pot Challenge #239

Happy New Year everyone! A bit late I know (sorry) but have been away to a very soggy New Forest for a week. We stayed reasonably dry though.
I will add another £1 to my pot tonight:)
Hope everyone is keeping well and the pots are filling nicely.
