Potted £5.50 today, I am still amazed at how obsessive this is. I have a tin from the £ shop which says keep calm and carry on saving - appropriate eh?I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Of course you can join us, queen of cheap. A very warm welcome to you. :grinheart Have fun saving, posting and enjoying the banter. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 1of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. PS. We always empty our pots and declare our savings near the end of November, please make a note of this year's date: 27th Nov.
Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away.
*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.
queen of cheap when you take your money out could you be sure of popping each amount on your signature please? Thanks.
A gold star to you, LC 2, on a lovely welcome. :staradmin
A gold star to you as well, Bambisbelle, :staradmin how could I resist such a good welcome and yours looked to be a double posting at the same time as LC 2.
Ah...only 12, jakes-mum! The batch was down to 4 when I popped in and I knew what a gannet you were so thought I'd best not touch em. :rotfl:Thank you for the welcome :T
Your official welcome is a couple of pages back, farmville. Could you please take a look at the member list on page 1 and pop your No on ur signature
Well done with the money for the kiddies, Saver-upper, they'll love it.
oooooh, a lovely lot of change, Kayleigh, you're picking it up well.
Beware, princess-angelica, it's VERY addictive, but n a great way.
Yes Jo, you put the star on your signature perfectly. You saved well too!
Well done, Katey! IF you can possibly walk you could save even more!
Double-potting eh, Caz. :A
It doesn't matter too much about posting, Tiggyw00, just do so every so often that's all I ask.
There's some brilliant saving going on, folks, keep it up and you'll be thrilled to bits when November comes!!Have a great evening, everyone, and a brilliant weekend.
PLEASE NOTE everyone: It's time to change your numbers! You'll see there are LOADS less names and numbers now, but it's useless having folk on the list that no longer save with us. However, if old members return then you'll be made very welcome and can still have your name added and be given a new number. Please change numbers ASAP folks.
If you've already updated your No, please could you kindly make sure it's correct as I made a blunder to start with!
Very many thanks indeed.Sue x
Anyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's NEVER too late. Happy New Year everyone, hope it's happy, healthy and prosperous!
Sue, it seems I am subscribed to this new thread, but the updates don't pop into my inbox as with the previous thread... any ideas? Also, just saw your note about changing numbers; do I need to do anything (I am quite attached to my number 2000 so would rather like to keep it!!)
New piggy feeling quite heavy already, and I know there is also £100 of notes in it, so feeling quite virtuous for January... Long may it continue! Haven't the energy to brave the sales, and anyway the best bargains will have long gone, so no temptation there!
Happy potting one and all, and stay safe and warm in this wild old weather!SPC No. 104 (oh no I've lost my magic 2000!)
SPC 2013: £378.23 (paid for Christmas, yippee!)
Target for SPC 2014: £500
