Morning folks (is that the time already?), managed to pot £1.66 change today. Really feeling optimistic about this challenge

Well really chuffed went to a@da & got bargain in sales of a dolls house & furniture for £18 for my dd bday in March so organised too, and a shiny £2 from self serve till, that's £6 potted for me today xx

Just posting to say I potted my £1 today.


I am up at this strange hour as having a cup of tea before leaving for the airport :j for my hols


Will try to log in now and then depending on wifi situation but will definitely be back on for the 5th February.

Finally for today....BIG THANKS to you Sue-UU I can't believe how much time you must spend on this thread ensuring that everyone is made to feel special & welcome with your little individual notes of love and encouragement - you most certainly are the glue that holds it altogether xx I'm sure others have said it to you before (many times) but thankyou &long may you reign. What a lovely post, I too can't wait to catch up with everyone's stories on an evening, it is fast becoming the highlight of my day. Sue - UU does indeed do an incredible job, it is lovely that she takes the time to comment on everyones successes personally, and keeps it all going. Well done to everyone

It sure does and very surprising ............................ in a nice sort of way.
Though I only save the higher value coins and not too sure how much could be saved with 1p's and 2p's etc.

Hope not too many are affected with the adverse weather conditions - take care all. It's very scary in places!!

I potted £4.40 (4 x £1 and 2 x 20p coins).

Good morning everyone
£21 deposited into the sealed pot today to cover the 7 nights we're away for. Looks like my DW is getting her wish for snow in New York they're expecting 10" of the stuff. The excitement is building in sparky towers, off to the airport early hours Sunday morning.

The only problem with NSD's is that I have no change to pot! I'm sure that will change next week when I go back to work!
