Just back from lunch time walkies, lots of 'tots' being passed around! Sue at 65, my breeding days are over !:rotfl: :rotfl: I really would like another hound as a pet, not to breed as too much hard work at my age.
    Have a lovely day everyone.

  • Ha, ha jakes mum you made me laugh, thought you were talking about my teenage son, moaning about his phone, but realised you were speaking about my OH aswell !!.

    Merry Christmas all.

Will pot again in new year, with new number, if you'll give me one xx.
  • Good morning potters

I hope all had a fab day yesterday:rotfl:

Well I decided that I was feeling flush, what with the money that I'd saved (but not yet potted) from taking lunch into work and the last few Xmas pressies that I bought (3for2 etc) that I have potted a lump sum of £50 - well it is Christmas and I have not even looked at the Next sale! (What's happening to me!)

Well I'm off to work shortly so probably no further potting today

    Keep well everyone

Ahh see we all shopped for our DH's at moaning old miseries r us then!

Tis true, Sue, I would be lost without him, he has a wonderful sense of direction, I on the other hand struggle to find the car parked outside the door (take after my mum, who took miss lily to tesco Christmas Eve, came out and couldn't remember where she parked her car!') . . . . . Or was that not what you meant? :rotfl: :D

Well the kids were thoroughly spoilt (note to self, do not read marriages board Christmas Day where there is always one thread where posters compete on how little they get their kids and how 'keeping up with the jones' those of us are that buy more than one gift. Puts a bit of a downer on your day )

DH and I were not well last night, him from too much rich food, me from not enough sleep, was awake at 5:50, then had to wait as the bloomin kids didn't wake up till 7:45 the so and so's :rotfl: it's the same every year, I'm up at the crack of dawn and then feel sick all day :o they still had a good day though and my skirting is dented all over downstairs as Father Christmas bought lily her much desired remote control car . . . . Could have bought me some 6" padding for the walls to go with it! Stiff letter to the North Pole today me thinks!

Anyway, am off to currys today as my brand new laptop has decided its c drive is corrupt  and then I'm sticking jacket spuds and sausage rolls in the oven and everyone is fending for themselves while I get over yesterday ;) hopefully pennies for pot a little later as I'm still in bed and despite rumours to the contrary, I do not sleep with my pots :D

  • Morning all. Just back from the Boots sale. Only went for DD. I got mine on Christmas Eve. Sooooooooo glad. We moved to a smaller house in June and I'm still trying to find places for stuff. Plus side I opened a box this morning looking for fancy pens and there rolled up was £30 whoop whoop. Must be mine as I did all the packing . I know just the right place for it. Have a good day all .xx

I have just spent thirty minutes trying to open the tin I had this year. The type which you can only open with a tin opener. It took two tin openers, one screwdriver and three people to open it. I've now pinched mums money tin. The type you can reuse. My money will go into the bank tomorrow and then I'll use mums tin for this challenge.
