Hi everyone, quite a few pages to catch up on again. Never seem to have time to nip in here much, although the intention is there!

I watched a couple of them , I was gob smacked at the Chinese girl who fed her guests from the dumpsters. The look on that girls face was priceless . :rotfl:

LC 2. Here, you're ok to be just LC now as there was no response from Little Chicken, well, unless she's away. Leave it for a bit or she might have a go at you when she comes back. *shrugs shoulders*

    Hi SUE

Will stay LC2 cos too many people would have to change their signature :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Will pot again in new year, with new number, if you'll give me one xx.

    HI Just trying

    Hello everyone :D...

Hope everyone’s had a good Christmas .
Ours was good, there was a giant wrapping paper massacre in our living room, the dog went bonkers , and we had fun :D :rotfl: :D.

The tin foil I'd bought in advance two weeks ago went missing  , on Christmas Eve of all days. So we had to improvise and put the beef brisket (reduced), into the slow cooker overnight. Glad we did now, it was beautiful :j :D :j.

We didn't have huge expensive gadgets and items, but the DD's were happy and loved their gifts :D. I've got a lot of drawing and crafty style glueing and sticking, plus jigsaws, to keep myself busy for the rest of the holidays :rotfl: :D :rotfl:. My dad smirked when one of the DD's unwrapped the jigsaws he got them, because he knew I'd be on the floor doing them, for the next few weeks :p.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:"Dad, dad, dad...":rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. May as well enjoy it while it lasts though, pretty soon it'll be "Aaaaw dad man, you're dead embarrassing" :D.

A few pennies for the last few days too .
I'm glad I can bring a smile still LC :D.

    Happy Potting everyone :D:p:D.

  • Hi everybody I'm back into this challenge. Potted some coins in me New Tin. It's so lovely to do a chunk of Christmas shopping with hard cash that you haven't really missed throughout the year.

I hope everyone had a great Xmas. I got spoilt! :j
Although I was working today, that's me home with the feet up :rotfl:

£1.50 potted yesterday. Nothing today, although tomorrow should yield some change as I need to post a letter.

Enjoy the festive period everyone.

Hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas. This can't be right - I have caught the sealed tin bug!! Got up early, was at Marks and Spencer - to TAKE BACK!! at 8am!!Bought a couple of rolls of wrapping paper - and potted the remaining £8.80. I didn't even look around the shop (or any of the other sales). I decided last night I had everything I needed - not necessarily everything I want but that is completely different. Had a text later off a friend inviting me sales shopping - replied that I didn't need anything and she hasn't got back to me - I imagine she is in a state of shock - its not that many years ago I nearly exhausted myself between the Next and M&S sale, spent £800 in less than an hour (admittedly "quite" a lot went back....) Boy, it feels good!!
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!
