WOW Everyone what a fantastic total!! I'm blown away and even more determined than before to be a part of 2014 well done:beer:
Sue-UU and sparky I can only echo the thanks for all the hard work time and dedication that you both spend for all us potters! I've not been here long but can already feel the love :heart2:
THANKYOU to everyone for your well wishes - I'm thrilled with with the news from the hosp and my cold I think is now getting better!
I too have now finished and wrapped all my prezzies and they are under the tree :xmastree:
Got the money that I needed from the bank today but not yet sorted it for my pot but will be doing that tommorow along with a £20 note as I've not bought lunch again to work today - how righteous do I feel, well - until my boss said he won four grand from some clever betting on the football at the weekend - well that was it - would love some of that! But can't afford the money he uses so gave him a tenner - will be ecstatic if he can turn it into more for me on Boxing Day - my only flutter - well it is christmas! this will not be a regular occurrenceI too have stopped doing the lottery since it went up so would have spent more that this on that waste of time! Hardly ever even won a tenner:(
Finally welcome to all new & returning potters:j and glad you've not left us jakes mum:T

Isn't it just brilliant, LC 2?!!! Sadly, sparky hasn't been on and I've just realised he said he was going visiting.I thought he meant tomorrow. :wall:
I am soooo sorry, sparky, I'm in a muddle with the days and I know you love this time of the year with the GT. I feel awful having just realised. You should have mailed me back to make sure I was clear, I'd gladly have halted it all. I just dearly hope you've had a chance to look through the thread from where you are.
Slowly, slowly indeed, VickyA.
I understand exactly, Piquant, I used to do the same and this time of year was busy, but happy and had plenty of tips, I hope you to too. You've done really great with the £20.

However, if old members return then you'll be made very welcome and can still have your name added and be given a new number. Please change numbers ASAP folks.
If you've already updated your No, please could you kindly make sure it's correct as I made a blunder to start with!
Very many thanks indeed.Sue x

Ooooh I used to post here a few years ago I think but I probably raided my pot long ago! I'm looking to have a serious year of saving this year, just need to track down a pot... Hoping I can get stuck in after that. I actually have a tonne of change weighing down my purse at the moment!
I have a coffee jar I can use in the interim but I'm too scared of stabbing myself to cut a hole in the lid so I can't seal it at the moment haha!Sealed Pot Challenge #239

In case I get lost in preparation Happy Christmas everyone - I can't make the smilies work so imagine some Christmas trees!

Hi - I can't get them either anymore but if you click on 'more' at bottom of list and when it opens expand it - you then get all the keyboard details for the smilies. They don't all work but the majority doSpent a bloomin fortune on that bird and he wants a cr*ppy yoyo from Miss Lilys school cracker :rotfl:
It's the same syndrome when kids play with the boxes instead of the toys :rotfl: Glad you're feeling better
Potted my £1 today and also 98p change from turkey
Hope you all have a super Christmas Eve
