Haven't managed to Pot anything this Week yet....Things are a bit tight.....but I've got £10 in my Purse...whatever is left by Sunday I shall Pot....

I found £1.20 in the car this morning when cleaning it out plus I have some shrapnel in my purse (about £1.50) so that's all gone in the pot today I also put the equivalent of 18p in my 1ps/2ps/5ps jar

You must be budgeting pretty well, KittyBoo, if you usually end up with change, very well done! When you're on a tight budget it's not the fact that you won't be able to save a huge amount that's to be concerned about, it's the fact that you're bothering to save at all, and that's absolutely amazing...very commendable of fact! :T Be proud and happy of all you achieve! :j

This close to Christmas is never easy for saving, LeopardPrintsAndTea, but stick to your plan as best you can and see just how well you can do.

What an absolutely amazing total! Well done everyone :beer: & a big Thank You once again to Sue-uu & sparky for the hours you spend toiling over the internet & spreadsheets to make it all possible :kisses3: We LOVE you both!

Went to do my usual Monday shop but only needed fresh salady things and bread etc. It was MANIC :eek: People were almost coming to blows over parking spaces and trollies...how ridiculous. I think panic had set in over the threatened storms and they were rushing to get it all done by lunchtime :cool: Anyway, a nice shiny 50p has been popped into my pot.

It's raining and a bit windy so I'm getting into a nice fragrant bath then into my PJ's and watching a bit of telly (maybe with a lovely glass of something later )

Of course you can join! And very welcome you are too. Just please read post #1 so that you know how we do things then our lovely sue-uu will be along soon to give you a number. Grab (or make) yourself a sealed pot and then all you have to do is pop in now and again to join in the banter. We are a lovely bunch!

Wow, what a fantastic amount saved last year - lets see what we can do this year!!

Evening

I went to post a parcel earlier and used the self service machine. I bought some stamps and the total come to £9. The machine only pays change in coins so the change, added to my change from lunch means I am potting £11.70 today.

I am braving the shops tomorrow with my niece to finish off her Christmas shopping so I might have some more change to pot tomorrow.

I hope everyone is staying safe in this awful weather.
