All this week so far have had the chicken risotto apart from yesterday when there were free sandwiches at work again (yay!). So have an extra chicken risotto in the freezer for next week, when I have to work for two days. Today's the last day for this week.

Hi everyone, had a bit of a disasterous morning yesterday and left the house without my lunch. Discovered a 'friend' at work had snaffled my stashed sachet of soup and crisps while working late the night before and was luckily absent otherwise I might now be up on a murder charge :(

Anyway spent £3 on a meal deal and made sure today, Day 12, I brought my ham roll, yoghurt and apple with me.

Away to hunt for the key for my desk......

Day 13 completed, I took in chicken noodle soup with home made cheese roll and a banana.

Tomorrow I am taking ham and split pea soup with roll and a chocolate digestive bar.

  • Yesterday was naughty again, had to drop a colleague into town just before lunch and ended up in the big Mr T's... so ended up buying extra food to add to the lunch i had already brought along with me, tut tut! Back on the wagon today though so please put me down for day 8, got apple, banana, satsuma, yoghurt and cup-a-soup to keep me going. Will not succumb to the shops!

Last working day before Christmas, and a baby tin of Coronation Tuna to go on my crackers! That's 14/14!

However, I still have one more working day to go in December (next Friday). I allocated one day for the Christmas market and a hog roast baguette - but my team didn't go there as a group this year (unlike previous years) and I didn't bother going on my own. So, as next Friday will be the traditional Christmas leftovers lunchbox, I've upped my total to 15. So as of today I'm 14/15!
Unfortunately I've been diagnosed as having brain cancer and am currently undergoing treatment. More details as I get them...

Jellybaby - that's awful that someone just helped themselves to your stuff  I'd ask them to replace it at the very least, or pay for the lunch you had to buy in...
