Hello everyone,
W2bese the buffet has been great for my tastebuds but not my waistline!!! :rotfl:. Oh well.
I am only working tomorrow this week and I have a cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich in the fridge ready to go. Been horrendously busy this weekend trying to finish shopping, wrapping all the pressies, meeting people to give the pressies out, cooking dinner, cleaning or the rabbit and decorating the tree. I will be glad to get to work tomorrow for a rest :rotfl::rotfl:
Going to plan out my lunches a bit better next year which is part of my bigger plan to be more organized and practice some frugal living.0 -
Morning campber, day 14 completed in an hour or so for me
My favourite ham on cheesy roll with Applewood smoked cheese and tomato relish mmmm
Only need lunch for tomorrow to meet my target of 15 days but think I'll continue with the final three days of December as I'll be at work and probably have loads of leftover turkey, ham etc.
New year, new dieting attempt (again) so will be looking for some healthy ideas.
Have a merry one everyone x0 -

Hi all.
just got home from work and had a VERY scary drive home. The roads here are very water logged and the winds are up to 80mph apparently. I was getting blown all over the road and aquaplaning. NOT niceTrees in the road too, so a lot of homes around here are without power (trees fallen on power lines).
But am home safe now, plus a £30 tip and pressie from todays client. Bless her, it's so nice of them all to give me stuff.
Will update you all in a sec.0 -

Omg!!! what an awful drive. Glad you are OK. I heartily recommend wine and chocolate for the shock if you haven't started on them already!!
I had my sandwich today but flunked out a bit buy buying...... yep you guessed it.... Crisps again so spent 50pI also ate loads of cadburys heroes:( The three times I have bought something it has been crisps so need to have a think about that. I also need to think about the number of coffees I buy too... They are only £1 but it soon mounts up.
Not in for the rest of the week now :T:T:j:j Need to finish off the Christmas preparations tomorrow..0 -
Completing the last few days has been easy. I work in town, and it's awfully busy atm with Christmas shopping so I don't want to go out. Somehow crisps or a meal deal aren't as appealing if I have to spend half my lunch break in a queue!Murphy's No More Pies Club #209

Hello my lovely LTW'ers! I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday? Proud mum moment alert- I am so proud of my children, i really am. I spent considerably less that i have in previous years, and was worried they'd be disappointed with what they had got.
But i needn't have worried, they were both so grateful. I feel very lucky
DC- if you know that your weakness is crisps, is it worth taking a packet with you to work? That way, they are there if you want them, but you don't have to eat them if you don't fancy them.
Juno- how many days did you complete, do you know? I would love to update you and give you aif you reached your goal.
Shortie- My Christmas plans went without a hitchHad a lovely relaxing day just as i had planned.
*I will put up a new thread for January in the next day or so. If anyone has any recipes/requests/suggestions for new ideas, please let me know and i'll do my best to add them*.
I am looking into some more healthy suggestions to add too.
I am working on Friday this week, then Monday, Thursday and Friday next week. Back to normal after that.0 -
