also , look at the hosts file

browntoa just tried that and the bl00dy virus just terminated the internet page it wont let me do the online scan

Type into Google pcpitstop, and try to run that, its free not only does it tell you whats wrong it also tells you how to fix it.

just tried looking at this and strangely enough the computer doesnt have a file called "hosts" :think:
