We live very close to my son's former infant/primary school. Even when he was very small, the walk there took us no longer than 6 minutes, it would take me less than 5 minutes to walk home again.

One of my neighbours who lives across the road (actually nearer to the school by 50 or so yards!) used to get in her 4x4 to save her little darling's legs. I would see her getting the kid into the car, I would be at school before she was and when I walked home, she would drive home and park up just after I made it to my front door.

She once asked me how I kept my "lovely figure" ...........:rotfl:

Probably die of coronary thrombosis before she is 50, wife and I are both over 80 and will walk up 4 flights of stairs from the car park to shop shunning the lifts. Bit of exercise can double your life span

Never mind, since we'll never see the OPs car, let's just pretend this is it:

Did either of you actually click on or hover over the link I gave, to see where it went before you hit the reply button?

Virginmedia are blocking them now, due to a naughtyword in the address I think.

    No they are not blocking.

Some unbelievable examples of bad (understatement) parking.

Aplologies, you are correct. What seems to happen is firefox cannot find the misspelled url with % in (I don't know where that comes from) but does have the correct url in the address bar, so you just click the correctly spelled url twice and press return and it goes straight there.

Had a good look for my car, but haven't seen it yet :D

No that's why a lot of the older generation are outliving their children.

thanks Tilt i will base my appeal on your comment. No doubt it wont be successful but ill give it a go.

    your help is much appreciated.

Glad to see that even though this OP is now PPR'd and posted in the WRONG FORUM and got WRONG ADVICE AT FIRST, he finally got the voice of reason from Tilt.

'Assisted boarding/alighting exemption' anyone? Or have you not heard of it on the motoring board? Surely don't tell me you all think single/double yellow = no parking?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
