We had a great weekend thanks..including a magical balloon fiesta...
How's it going this week? Am counting down to the holidays but also trying to make sure we do a budget. May tell everyone what's in the holiday category of YNAB and say we can spend that and that's the limit. Otherwise it could be a free for all and I end up robbing Peter to pay Paul..hmm. Planning another large OP off the final CC so need to prioritise that really. Oh and paying into the tax fund!
The joys of domestic financial management!!

Just popped in to update the PG National Debt and realised I had been AWOL again
All is good thankyou. Exams went fab, she did so well . We had a celebration party for her and her friends ! Still recovering from that one ! :rotfl:DD2 now at sixth form, had a few first day nerves but she seems settled now.
DD1 getting ready to head back to Uni next week, I will miss her, but I'm pretty sure she will be back to visit in no time She is taking her little car with her this year so it will be easier for her to come back and forth.
Managed a couple of camping trips in recent weeks which were lovely and chilled. I swear I still smell of campfires despite my best efforts.
Work is erratic, Mr PG still working away, been in Cardiff these past few weeks. Hes back this weekend , trying to get DD1s car and his car serviced rather than paying out. We want to make sure her car is all sorted before she drives back to Uni. After that Mr PG wont be around now until mid October which is a pain, but we just have to keep on plodding. !!
Thats it........ my quick update. The sun is shining today, so I am heading outside to carry on with painting the outside of the house ! Its been a slow process !!!
Hope you are all well xxxxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

He has been camping through the summer Apple, you are correct , although it does depend on whereabouts he is working as its not always viable.
The last couple of weeks hes been back to using Air BNB , but it adds to the expenseLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Hello Mrs PG,
Just had a quick catch up and the debt reduction totals are unbelievable!
Well done to DDmy DS also just started 6th form. It all feels very strange having grown ups around the house. I still recall my despair 3 years ago just as DD was leaving to go to university.
