Oh really , you have no idea how jealous I am ?!
I am home for now, so am currently hoovering and cleaning bathrooms. If I sit down I will get too comfy and I need to collect DD1 somewhere between 1 and 2 am.
Why did I offer to do this, I cant even have a glass of wine while I clean, so fizzy water it is for me tonight !! :rotfl:LBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Me too Mrs B, I am exhausted !
The 2 am pick up resulted in 2 hours sleep that night, before being back up to drag her out of bed tand off to work, once DD1 had gone, DDD2 needed taking to the stables, picking up an hour and half later and then after a quick shower she was off to work. I crammed in three hours work myself before collecting her again. She then got ready to go out for 5 , where I had a lovely journey going via various points to do pick ups and finally made it back home a 8 o clock last nigh. DD1 who was then home from worked asked me to drop her over to a friends house. An hour later she was finally ready, dropped her and got home at 9.15 absolutely ravenous. After I had finally cooked some food and started eating, DD2 arrived back home informing me that she had been invited to a party and could she go ? Thankfully it was walking distance but I didn't want her walking on her own, so she arranged a friend to come and meet her, more than one friend arrived and I then had a houseful of kids watching me eat while she got ready :rotfl:
Kicked them all back out at 10.30 and crashed on the sofa. Two hours later DD2 was back with various waifs and strays who had no where to sleep for the night and whose parents had consumed far too many Friday night Bevarages to pick up, so I ended up with unexpected house guests. They were all settled by 1.30am and I was by now dead on my feet ! Headed for bed, phone rang at 3am from DD1 to say her cab was delayed , so I then couldn't sleep until I knew she was home safely. She appeared at 4am but then wanted a chat :rotfl:Not convinced I could string two words together by this point.:eek:
And breath ...........................................
Mr PG is home now, I am on strike !! DD2 up and about and he is doing stable duties for me this morning, while I sit in a heap nursing lots of cups of coffee !!
Jobs for today is to continue painting the outside of the house, the quote was £2500, so we are tackling ourselves. The four of us have been doing it together and we have nearly finished the back and sides. Hopefully this weekend we can get the front finished.
TTs for today were £18.63 to the loan. I had a Quidco payout so that was thrown at the National Debt .
Hope you all have a lovely and relaxing weekend xxxxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Good to see you posting Mrs PG.
Great that the girls have both got jobs - it all helpsMy DD has been home since May too but had to pay rent until the end of term. I remember the stress and panic of being asked to be guarantors and thinking I might need to be ask my sister if she could be, but the checks can't be that stringent as it was all accepted. She saved enough money last summer so haven't had to give her much top up this past year
though we help her out with the car bills.
Hope you have had a more relaxing day!
