  • Hi Mrs PG
Reading your comment about your glass I thought I would mention one of my Christmas gifts that made me think of you
It's a wine glass engraved from bottom to top
    Good day
    Bad day
    Don't ask !!!!!
My friend gave it to me as work has been particularly difficult this past year and she knows I am partial to a glass or 2 lol
Keep going you are still doing well
    Hugs

Haha I love that NRA, I really hope that you top your glass up to "Good Day" as often as possible. What a lovely thoughtful gift from your friend :D

I did buy Mr PG a Pint glass a few years ago , it was engraved with Half Full or Half Empty. ie is your glass half full or half empty, but I can honestly say I think it was lost on him !

My favourite glass is Big Karl, ala Cougar Town if anybody has watched it. Not sure if its still on tv to be honest, but Im sure my Big Karl glass has been mentioned before on these diaries. He only gets dragged out and dusted down in moments of extreme stress and I try not to use him too often :o

Really sorry that work is still so stressful for you, I do hope it improves.

So lovely to hear form you xx

Basically Mrs B, in times of crisis the main character in Cougar Town ( cant remember her name , its been that long ago since I watched it ) has a GIANT wine glass that she calls Big Karl and she keeps hidden away under the sink I think , to be used only in times of extreme stress.

DD2 bought me one for Christmas, think it was probably Xmas 2011, so around LBM , just incase of emergencies. I think he was used alot that year !

I think I have seen the ones NRA mentions on NOTHS before although I am sure there are a few places that sell them these days. Take a look at M£nd Y0ur H£ad as well if you get a chance. He sells some lovely gifts which if I remember rightly he etches them all himself.

Emergency / Rainy Day fund looking good just now, although its likely to be dipped into any day now as everyone hanging onto their money this month , so we are expecting alot of late payers xx
