What a thorough sort out you've been having Mrs PG! Fantastically well done on the hard woork, progress and figures - now that you're well and truly more than half way on debt-busting it must feel great. I really, really hope that the looming court case goes your way gives you the boost you richly deserve.

I am having the sort out of a lifetime Honey Bear !

I am feeling quietly confident re the looming case , they haven't complied with the Court directives, they are desperate for us to sign some documents to avoid them having to attend, there's been lots more to ing and fro ing today. Just sent my final response which pretty much told them to amend the documentation they are trying to get us to sign. If they amend it to say what we want it to say and the Judge agrees it then that's fab, but if they wont we will see them in Court. I am awaiting their next response now !

I have a feeling that you have some very good news on the way to you Mrs. PG.......sod it.....I'll call you Pinot if you don't mind :D !!

You've changed your siggie figgies up :( !! Have you added the 'UE on hold' to the full figure in anticipation of whipping it out when the good news arrives ;) ?? That's the sort of thing I'd do!!

I am checking the enforcability or otherwise of the remainder of my debts now. I don't think I'll get anywhere but it's worth a shot. There really are one hell of a lot of people who have debts owned by the PRAT Group aren't there? I have two now  !! They seem to be the latest, greatest and biggest thing in debt collection numptyness :rotfl: !!

You have been very calm, cool and sophisticated during this stressful period and I wish you the best, particularly as it was you that inspired me to start having a diary in the first place :T !!

Yey Brogden you are still here !! :j

Pinot is fine, was the title of original diary after all , not sure where or when Mrs PG came into the mix, but I answer to most things !

Yes , the signature has gone up :o. How on earth I thought I could start with £96K, pay of £54K and end up owing £24K I will never know, clearly wishful thinking with my head stuck firmly in the clouds. Maths never was my forte ! :rotfl:No , I have already deducted the UE in the hope they all stay hidden away,if not the figure goes up and I cant deal with that one. Weirdly the new figures sit ok with me as horrendous as it is. I know exactly what it is, why its there and what I need to do to get shot of it once and for all.

The infamous F&Fs that I have burbled about for years have never come to fruition, perhaps 2016 will be the year I tick that off of the to do list. :)

Always worth a try in my books re the UE. I have the two with PRAT and another with A^^ow, currently sitting nice and quietly in the background. They are all a bunch of numpties in my eyes. :rotfl:

I'm not too sure I have been that calm and collected, but how lovely of you to say so :D. I am calm now, but not when it first started back in May, when it was all going terribly wrong with my mum as well. At times I felt like I was going to collapse on my knees in a heap as it all felt too much to cope with , and being pursued quite aggressively by PRAT at the same time was horrendous, BUT........ I seemed to wake up one day and get my angry head on, and as far as they are concerned that's exactly where it has stayed. Lets see what tomorrow brings, I am expecting another email. ;)

I can imagine there were many diaries that inspired you Brogden, surely not just mine, or was it that huge £96K PG National Debt that caught your attention, Im not sure I have seen many others quite that horrendous :p ?! It was Gargrave that inspired me to turn this around, have you ever read any of her diary ? I used to read and read during my sleepless nights as LBM was dawning.

Anyway that's me done, hope things are looking good for you so far this year Brogden, don't disappear xx

    Hi Mrs PG
Reading your comment about your glass I thought I would mention one of my Christmas gifts that made me think of you
It's a wine glass engraved from bottom to top
    Good day
    Bad day
    Don't ask !!!!!
My friend gave it to me as work has been particularly difficult this past year and she knows I am partial to a glass or 2 lol
Keep going you are still doing well
    Hugs
