perhaps you could open up a word document at the beginning of the week for meal planning and add to it throughout the day(s). Only once this is done do you then go on to the online supermarket to book your shopping. That way you have a list before you start. Book a time slot in your diary for online food shopping and treat it as a job for a client. It'll take much less time from your day and once you've done it a few times will become a habit x

Thats is actually a really good idea Granny. I do put notes on my phone as to what we need but none of it ever seems to equate into dinners. :o

Thankfully this evening there was some Chilli lurking and as I was home very late, so leftover Chilli, rice and salad it was. x

Thankyou No One, it is a rarity here to have what feels like some sort normality of a weekend. I generally get pulle din so many directions which I know happens to us all alot of the time, but over the last year there has been no let up with loads of other pressures added intot he mix. I actually felt for the first time that there was a chance to relax even for a short time.

Hope you are doing ok xx

I remember "back in the day " when you used to work your way around the diaries in the evening leaving everyone a picture or a quote . It seems such a long time ago now. xxx
