  • Hello! Can anyone give me any advice on which box scheme to pick? In my area (south east London) I have a choice of Riverford who are based in Devon or Farmaround who are in Covent Garden. Has anyone had any experience of either company so I can decide who to go with?? Many thanks!!

Can anyone help me find an organic box scheme that covers the Batley, West Yorkshire area (Jctn 27, M62) ???

Have not had much luck searching online.

It needs to be good value for money - there's my husband me and our 8 month old son (for whom I have homecooked all food and loves fruit and vegetables). We generally eat a lot of veg.

Was getting veg from local market but has been getting graduall worse.

I get a box from Abel and Cole every fortnight (do a big batch cook and freeze things so they last). I alternate between the small mixed box and the small deluxe box. I love getting the box, and hunting out recipes to try. I also get cheese, milk and apple juice in my delivery, and sometimes wine or fish.

Last week i had the small deluxe box.

    Carrots Bunch
    Chard
    Cherry Tomatoes (punnet)
    Courgettes
    Fennel
    Green Lettuce
    Mushrooms
    Runner Beans

I don't like courgettes, so i got some red onions instead (you can list on the website your likes and dislikes and they adjust the contents for you).
