I emailed for a refund ,they replied very quickly saying it was sent out before 18/12 .
Refunded to paypal already .

I order 23rd it arrived today, I am a bit disappointed with the colour of the lippy but nothing will suite everyone, otherwise looks good.

I ordered on the 22nd December and got mine today. The nail varnish is a different colour to what was in the initial email - it's red instead of purple, still nice though. Mascara seems lovely, can't wait to try the shampoo!
