I had one delivered this morning. I had occasion to email Tim about a problem with my first order. He replied promptly and was efficient and polite. I'd never heard of this company before, but I'd be very happy to use them again.


I think the problem with the delivery was down to them waiting for stock from the suppliers, because my second order came out very speedily while the first one took weeks.

If you have purchased the Winter Beauty Kit as a Christmas present, we are very sorry, but we are not going to be able to dispatch in advance of Christmas.
The next dispatch will be in early January, due to Christmas/New Year closures of some of our suppliers.

Please let us know if you would, therefore, like a refund and we will action accordingly.
In addition, please be advised about one substitution within the Winter Beauty Kit. Due to stock availability the OPI Nail vanish has been replaced with a Nails Inc vanish.
