Mine arrived this morning - very happy too - the substituted nails inc polish was a nice colour that I will use.

And I think we might find that they are concentrating on the ones they might get re-orders from ie not the ones who ordered right at the beginning of the offer. I ordered on 11th December and received mine today, I can see some people ordered a lot earlier and are still waiting, so they are not sending them out in date order. Really pleased with the products, just the nails inc instead of OPI, but a lovely colour .0

You're overthinking this and agonising far too much! More likely to be a rush of orders and they aren't going out in date order as you might expect.0 -

I ordered mine on the 24th November and still nothing! Surely orders should be despatched by date order?

Hi there I ordered 23rd November - had an email from Tim yesterday saying they are being sent out alphabetically and I should receive mine today - sounds plausible? My surname is Strachan unless of course others have received theirs whose surname is Zebra! Fingers crossed it will arrive today, will keep you updated.0
