Ordered 23rd November, it arrived today and I'm thrilled with it. I love the Calm fragrance of the shower gel and hand/body lotion (it calmed me down just sniffing it, and made me feel ready to tackle to pile of grocery items just delivered by Ocado!!!) :rotfl:

Agree that the Nails Inc nail polish colour is gorgeous. Many thanks OP for sharing this - worth the wait and here for Christmas! :xmassmile

I just want to post what happened to me today. My parcel hadn't arrived, and so I emailed Tim. It turns out that somehow I had clicked on an old address when paying by Paypal (my only excuse is that I really wasn't well at the time) and it was sent there on Wednesday. I emailed Tim and explained how daft I had been, and asked if the parcel was returned to them could he please send it to me at my new address and I would pay the postage. Tim emailed me back saying they would work on the basis that it would be returned to them by the people at the old address, and he would send a new parcel to me at my correct address straightaway. Awesome service, and very kind of them when it was my mistake

Yay got mine yesterday, fab colour nail varnish (NI) and wearable lipstick too. Tried the shampoo last night and like that too!

FYI I was an early orderer (is that a word!??!) and surname begins with A!

Got mine today too and very nice it is. Can anyone else say if the tube of elemis cream feels like it has nothing in it?? Mine really feels like it is full of air!!
