I too think one or two people are getting unnecessarily stressed out.
No company can tell you exactly which day a Royal Mail parcel will arrive.
I too suspect it was the attitude that didn't illict the appropriate response.

If you are really fussy about exactly what you get and when you get it then go to the shops and pay full price.

If not and you're dissapointed in something then flog it on ebay to recoup a few quid. That will make it even more of a bargain.
  • Agree with all the comments regarding getting needlessly stressed out and scaremongering!

I have emailed Tim 3 times too and received quick and helpful responses. I am confident I will get mine within the 28 period which is by the end of this week, and if I don't I will take it on the chin and not get hysterical about it.

Not been stressed here either, great offer, oversubscribed, my e mail said despatching would start at the end of last week.

Mine arrived safe and sound just after 08:00 this morning, the only sub was the nail polish as expected and since I already own and use OPI and Nails Inc I am quite happy with that.

It seems that the people have not been regarding the t&c's in respect of delivery and dishing out an unnecessary amount of flack, to that end I will e-mail my advice of receipt and thank this morning.

    Happy Christmas everyone

Mine has also just turned up. Everything is as it should be - I did get the Nails Inc but I don't mind that at all, it's a gorgeous colour. I'm delighted with my little haul :)
  • Arrived today, love it. Ordered this one for gifts, but may order another for me x
So many glitches, so little time...
  • Just received mine. Well packed (plain box with items loose/packed with bubble wrap etc) and all just as described in the original listing of what was included, with Nails Inc rather than OPI nail varnish.

Ditto I received mine today, really pleased with the products too.
I was surprised to get it today as I only ordered on the 15th Dec:T
  • Mine arrived yesterday, with just the Nails Inc substitute for the OPI. My only slight issue was that the shampoo had leaked, but it's not a large amount (about a teaspoon maybe, and it has not gone on to any of the other products), so I won't be complaining about that. One of them things. Otherwise, I'm very happy.

With regard to the transfer of ownership of the product comments made by the supplier, I wonder whether that is because PayPal sometimes delays charging now until the product has been received, at which point PP sends an email stating that you are about to be charged. I have seen this appear on a few PP transactions recently, and wonder if the company is protecting itself in case PP is tardy in collecting what is owed?

Mine arrived today and am very pleased with all the products- all as advertised (except for nail polish as previously stated). There are eight high quality products which work out at at 2.50 each. I only ordered mine 2 weeks ago as well! One very satisfied customer here;)

Editing to say a quick search on Amazon is telling me to buy the nail polish, shampoo, mascara and 2 calm products would cost £52 alone ,
