I've tried the link and using the 4 digit code store no found when searching stores on google..... Am I correct in presuming this is right please? If so, we must live at the ends of the earth here, as not one store no. I have searched in the nearest 30 miles has an event on.... tried 5 stores..... And I actually thought I lived in a City. Come on Mr T. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

If your item doesn’t match the seller’s description, we may be able to help. eBay Money Back Guarantee may cover the purchase price plus your original postage.

If possible take the freezer to the back door (only half way out the door) and blast it with the hose.
This is what I do, will be defrosted in mins.

Did the seller actually pay £15 for postage, or did they pay more and take the hit on the rest of it?
Hi I suspect he took the hit to be honest, my only bug bear is that he new he was sending the wrong spec item from the questions my dh asked and he just wanted the sale, if it was only a few £ I wouldn't mind but £50:eek: out of pocket, as I said thats the risk with fleabay:oThe person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -
I have a quick question for the bakers amongst the elite please,
I have just found a Betty Crocker Devils Chocolate cake mix in my cupboard, i was going to make it up, but it says to add VEGETABLE oil, now i only have Crisp n Dry which is 100% RAPESEED oil..... will it be ok to use or what is the difference please?
will i be able to tell the difference with the results? It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

You're right zzy65, if you were charged £15 it's reasonable for him to offer that to return..I'm not sure if they are obliged to pay postage for returns anyway!
But there has got to be a cheaper option to return, have you tried parcel2go!?:D
I have tried p2g , and they want £48 uninsured £123 insured:eek: would you recommend them as a company, never sent anything via them before.:)The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0
