  • Evening all:wave::wave:,
    We went to the Christmas evening tonight, and although the goodie bags were one between the 2 of us and we didn't want to route through it all while there ( I gave it to my friend as I get enough bargains from T's already) what I saw was a tin of quality street, a huge tin of shortbread, a massive bag of chocolate coins, a miniature bottle of baileys and then I don't know if there was anything else underneath, I will have to ask her. I don't know if it is area specific, we are at the razor corner one, if that helps? The bag was really heavy though:D

    Spoke to a lovely SA yesterday about this - she was really excited & said the manager had added stuff 'cause he's so nice:j
    I say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

    You're right zzy65, if you were charged £15 it's reasonable for him to offer that to return..I'm not sure if they are obliged to pay postage for returns anyway!

    But there has got to be a cheaper option to return, have you tried parcel2go!?:D

    My last ebay purchase was for a dvd boxset. Advertised with the picture of the official UK release but what arrived were copies from China

    I had to pay return postage for that :(

    Not best pleased and haven't used ebay since

    I agree...there are too many scammers on there now:(

    I used to do a bit of selling on there a few years back but don't bother much now due to the RM postage costs and rip off merchants, claiming they haven't received the item etc...

    certainly wouldn't buy anything from the far east...
