You are one of the ones with a terrible attitude, the poster has not been rude etc and yet others like you have been rude
    I have been polite etc
My only attitude has been to learn, defend some and share knowledge so that to you is unemployable!

Well, let's put this to the test. Which of us struggles to hold down a professional job?

I don't think that it's me, but I accept that I may be mistaken.

It isn't me but your portrayal in here means you are not correct in your self appraisal

Refer him to paragraph 56 of the Universal Jobmatch Toolkit (also known as the Labour Market Conditions Guide) which states:

"56. You also cannot issue a Jobseeker’s Direction to mandate a claimant to give us access to their account – this is their decision not ours."

However, make sure you can provide other evidence of job seeking activity. Writing activities down on a piece of paper is sufficient evidence.

I realised this morning that the advisor has given me someone elses job agreement with their number and name on it. Talk about incompetent silly man.
