Refer him to paragraph 56 of the Universal Jobmatch Toolkit (also known as the Labour Market Conditions Guide) which states:
"56. You also cannot issue a Jobseeker’s Direction to mandate a claimant to give us access to their account – this is their decision not ours."

However, make sure you can provide other evidence of job seeking activity. Writing activities down on a piece of paper is sufficient evidence.
I realised this morning that the advisor has given me someone elses job agreement with their number and name on it. Talk about incompetent silly man.:footie:0
