Yes dear I can read and I have asked you what did this person use as evidence against the sanction? It can NOT trip you up, I repeat NOT trip you up if you are not skilled to do the job.

Why also are you bothered about someone else?

People can be bothered when it's friends or family etx
You do know what a friend is don't you?

It's actually quite a popular opinion that UJM is a sanctioner's delight and many use it for that plus even if you do everything that you agree to do they still try to trip you up or make up new stuff as why they may sanction you and claim it's support

So why have we all not had sanctions? I do not even have a UJM account and the advisor knows this.

Well boohoo you, your the lucky ones, some are not so lucky, also just to point out, I care because she is a friend of mine and I felt sorry for her as she had no food in cupboards and fridge, she had no gas and electric.

You do know what a friend is? maybe you don't have friends? that is why you are so judgemental !!!!

You may have not been sanctioned because you don't have an account and therefor don't provide them with the information to use against you.
Why would I have an account? Why would anyone? You do not nee an account to apply for a job there. I provide them with all my job applications and a few have been via the UJM but applied on a 3rd party site where you do not need an account.

Omg you do make me laugh, it's not that simple. JSA claimants are forced to sign up to Universal Jobmatch as its mandatory to have account but its not mandatory to give them access.

If their fail to sign up to UJM then their could face a sanction, maybe get your facts right before you state anything.

here is the link where it states its mandatory to have account : http://universaljobmatch.eu/en/what-should-i-do

Seriously, what is the point of constantly complaining about what others can't do or what might happen?

Possibly to somehow prove to themselves that it's the systems fault and not their own for not finding work, so if they do get sanctioned for whatever (my guess in reality is not doing enough), they have someone but themselves to blame.

If it were me and I spent 35 hours a week job searching and didn't get a job, let alone several interviews, out of that amount of time (I could barely find anything new that I hadn't already applied for after an hour a day, let alone 7 hours a day), I'd be incredibly ashamed of myself.

Just for clarification, I moved to Greater Manchester for the job I'm in now because of the opportunity, and had several interviews in the space of a month, spanning from Manchester to Burnley.

JSA claimants are FORCED? Really? Don't be so stupid

Why have I not been forced? Why do I not have an account? My advisor knows I do not have an account there.

What facts are you quoting about it being mandatory?

Show me a link from the DWP!!

'From Monday you may be forced to sign up to the Universal Jobmatch and threatened with sanctions if you refuse to do so. When this happens, it is important that you protect your rights and privacy when creating an account.'

Do you really know what MAY BE means?

And see this bit where it says 'it is important that you protect your rights and privacy when creating an account'

Maybe you should have informed ALL your friends this so they wouldn't get in to trouble!
