Refer him to paragraph 56 of the Universal Jobmatch Toolkit (also known as the Labour Market Conditions Guide) which states:

"56. You also cannot issue a Jobseeker’s Direction to mandate a claimant to give us access to their account – this is their decision not ours."

    Universal Jobmatch Toolkit

However, make sure you can provide other evidence of job seeking activity. Writing activities down on a piece of paper is sufficient evidence.

What never say I wont be late? I wont be late EVER!

I'm beginning to understand why your endless hours of job searching are proving fruitless.

    Do share this knowledge then?

Just for the record I have 2 interviews next week which I guess will be fruitless attending

You can't avoid being unavoidably late.

Yet strangely, in about twenty years of work, I've never been late yet.

It's almost as though some of the posters on here just don't care, and will make up all manner of excuses to cover for their ineptitude.
