Yes dear I can read and I have asked you what did this person use as evidence against the sanction? It can NOT trip you up, I repeat NOT trip you up if you are not skilled to do the job.Read all my posts, I stated she give them access but she didn't knew it was not mandatory. can you read???
Why also are you bothered about someone else? We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

This post is out of order, no need for it, how do you know I am not doing enough of Jobseeking? you don't know anything about me.
For all you know I could have a Job interview tomorrow so keep your opinions to yourself in future. :mad:0 -
I didn't say you weren't - I said that starting new threads every other day to complain about jobseeking rules is pointless. I am as entitled to my opinion as anyone else, and certainly as entitled as you are. In case you hadn't noticed, it is an opinion that the UJM is a trap to create sanctions, not an established fact. If you don't want to give permission to access your searches, then fine, provided that you are able to evidence your jobsearch to the satisfaction of the Jobcentre. But why do we have to have a debate every other day about how it is impossible to look for a job for 35 hours a week (obviously not because some people manage it), or trapping people in sanctions, or something else? if you are doing what is required of you, why does there have to be a debate about what might happen but hasn't happened. It seems that you simply start these threads to cause a row and then sit back to enjoy them. This post is out of order, no need for it, how do you know I am not doing enough of Jobseeking? you don't know anything about me.

I'm sorry you haven't got a job - how about starting a thread about what advice people could give you to help you get one?0 -

If you look at my posts history, I haven't made any posts about 35 hours Jobseeking for a while so get your facts right, I don't post everyday on this forum as I am busy doing Jobsearch from 9am till 5pm, Monday's to friday's.0 -
for a while? Seriously?? How long is a while? A week? A month? A year?If you look at my posts history, I haven't made any posts about 35 hours Jobseeking for a while so get your facts right, I don't post everyday on this forum as I am busy doing Jobsearch from 9am till 5pm unlike some people on here.

I read on Consumer action Group that a poster posted that she/he needs to do 35 hours Jobsearch a week, how is that possible?
There are hardly any Jobs, some jobs need driving licence (but what if people don't have any licence, do their still need to apply for that positon to avoid a sanction?)
Also what if jobs state need experience and some people haven't? do their need to apply for that position as well?
This goverment really is rubbish, also another poster state that if you can't provide 35 hours a week for jobsearch then you could loose JSA
How is this fair on true JSA claimants who are trying very hard to get into work?
The goverment should tackle cheats then true and honest claimants, and David Cameron said we are in this together, yeah right
IF you are doing the 9-5 approach then WHY ask how is it possible to do 35 a week job search? If you look at my posts history, I haven't made any posts about 35 hours Jobseeking for a while so get your facts right, I don't post everyday on this forum as I am busy doing Jobsearch from 9am till 5pm, Monday's to friday's.We’ve had to remove your signature. But the point I am making is marybelle stated wait for it: I post everyday.0 -
And you say 35 job search is not possible yet you know say you do 35 hoursBut the point I am making is marybelle stated wait for it: I post everyday.
You are also more worried about others getting sanctions
I can tell you I care not one jot what happens to someone else including people on here as its not me
Take that approach do what you have to do and keep looking for work.
But since the 6th Nov you have started a thread every day bar one day!
So yes you do post everyday and start a new threadWe’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
If you've got an interview tomorrow you might not have to worry about this stuff for much longer.0
