The ones around £100 are definitely the 8GB ones. These phones are easy to get unlocked so don't worry about the tie -in to a company. It is a great phone with a superb display and they have sold masses of them. It continues to be rated as the best value Android phone around. i have had no trouble whatsoevr with mine."0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

I also spotted the phone in Phones4u this weekend for £99.95 on PAYG upgrade, so that should mean unlocked. Don't bother trying to find out what qualifies on their website though, they just don't want you to know.
EDIT: Just noticed that Millicent posted this offer nearly FOUR MONTHS ago!!0 -
Just noticed (sorry if its already been posted) Tesco offering free phone on £12.50 contract (250mins, 5000txt, 500MB) for 24 month contract.
Assuming phone cost of £158 (amazon) your contract works out at £5.90/month. Factor in a cashback site (e.g. Quidco) and if applicable Tesco Mobile "Family perks" and deal gets a little better. Seems a reasonable option, assuming the data limits suit your usage.Keep smiling,

Just got the 8GB online from o2. £99.99 no top-up required. Originally looking on Vodafone (£100) but needs unlocked anyway and a penny is a penny after all!0

You can still get it from Tesco for £100 if you use the code TDX-PRKW which saves you £10. On top of this, you can then use any credit you have on your clubcard which allowed me to save a further £20 to pay <£80.0

Is it not likely to come down in price very soon?0
