Just went instore and picked one up. I had a £10 voucher that I doubled up so only cost £80. Brilliant. Fingers crossed mum likes it!

If you put it on your knee, face-down, then press on the centre of the back with your thumbs while lifting the back around the USB port with your fingers it come off quite easily.

It's simple once you've done it once.

Just managed to pick a 16gb up from the local Tesco. Very impressed so far.
Got a super quick unlock code in about 5 minutes from Ebay, so all unlocked.
There's no customisation at all, so apart from the Tesco network lock - there's no Tesco bloat at all.
