Well, I have woken to heavy rain and the forecast is for more of it both in quantity and heaviness!

Dh has poddled off to church to help set up the PA even tho' he isn't on today. Dd and I shall follow in the car at a more reasonable hour.

I plan to skip as much church as necessary to get my 2nd pair of glasses sorted at spocksavers. I've had the changed normal ones for 2 weeks and they are good, so now I need to do the others. If not done today, I would have to wait until Friday to have the time to go in.

And since dd mentioned hairclips and make up as presents, I'm torn as to whether to have a quick look for some today (only in willko and the £shop/99p shop) and lose a potential NSD, or leave it until the day I'll be there to collect my glasses. Hmmm. If I can find stuff today, then it gets that task finished - or I'll know if I need to look elsewhere.

This afternoon needs to incorporate some bunny-cutting out time, as I still need to make 3 more!

Church duly skipped snd specs sorted - they'll be ready for pick up in 2 weeks. Given today's weather, doubt I'll be needing my shades much!

I also had successful visits to 99p shop (times tables chart, polystyrene stars, toothbrushes for dd, brown wrapping paper) and £shop (£12 on FROZEN stuff and 'jewellery' for dd's bday). Total spend of £23.97 but totally worth it! Somehow need to get it into the house without dd spotting it, then wrap and hide it...

Ugh! Monday morning and still a week of November to go. Have set up a plan to last untill the end of the year. Only 38 days. On day 1 everything seems attainable...sustaining the plan is the tricky bit! Ha ha - no staying power!

Time to shake a tail feather (love that expression - makes me think of going the cancan at the Moulin Rouge for some reason!!) and get dressed.

So, back to Primal. After a few days of not eating primally, but having sugars and grains, the weight is back. So I am back to primal eating.

2 strong black coffees, 3 scrambled egg with 100g blueberry, apple, red soup with 2 hb eggs, mixed nuts, some cream + cream cheese mix, hm curry with cauli and broc. A good day!

    And 100 kettlebell swings (8k) in 2 mins 52.

And £32 TT to the Elsa fund.
    :D

    And a workout done too!

4 buses used thus far, so am getting my money's worth.

Aldee shop once again made me wonder how I spend so much! Originally £52, I got to use the £5 off voucher, buy things for the foodbank and dd's party. So all in all, it came down to £35.10, but included things off the list: half leg of lamb for Christmas, smoked salmon, sausages, cereal for dh (£13)

Now? Some bunny work, then down to the chemist.

    Workout was:
10 burpee with press up (then 9....down to 1) + 1 eccentricpull up(regular, military, chin up position), + 20 side lunge jump.

Took me 14 mins 25. Sweaty heap, I was!

Got dd's bread prescription, so she can eat now! Have also made her more cheese scones - her current food of choice!

    Little friend here, so 2 Cmas fairies/ reindeer/ ....

Off to a governor meeting in half an hour.

All in all, a successful day!

Governor meeting done and dusted, but another one next Tues. Boo. Anyhow, just 1 more day of work this week, then only 2 and a half weeks till the holidays. Phew.

Am I ready for Christmas? Sort of... But probably not really! Need to check what presents are still needed. But it's all been on hold till the fair is over, so can stay on hold for a few more days!

Primal days 3 and 4 poddled along. 3 was not so good as I snacked too much; 4 was better as I was at work and could only eat what I had with me. So once that was gone, it was tough!

Today is day 5 and I'm planning a big(ish) walk, to where there are 7 c shops for me to peruse. This loses me a NSD, but work have deemed that cords are not to be worn, and that removes 50% of my work trousers! So I NEED to find a replacement or two.

I shall set off - it's about 3.5 miles - straight after the school run.

Other things to try to accomplish:
    -wash the rug
-sweep the floor now the muck under the rug is exposed
-wash up, possibly twice as there is so much of it!
    -iron bags for stall?
-get all selling stuff out and repack
    -print more price lists?
-get float from bank (at least I've been paid, so have money in there now!)
-complete those pesky 2 owls: stuffing, eyes, beaks, sewing up
    - tidy sofas and side tables
    - make cmas biscuits for dd's school

There may be more scribbled on a piece of paper from last night, but that is downstairs and I am snug in bed, so I'll manage with ignorance!

Am contemplating setting myself the challenge of '2015: sell £1000 of stuff'. I'm not good at selling stuff - no eeeebeh account, or paypal! So limited to fb and gumt. This would take me out of my comfort zone by a looong way. We don't have 'nice' things to sell, but we have ooodles of cluttering stuff. Now, if I can get dh to part with the Triumph Spitfire that has languished for many a year in the garage, I could make the total in one go! :rotfl:

Well, if I get up now, I could sweep and wash that rug... And put another coffee on - now THAT is a reason to venture downstairs!
