Camhs was good. Useful. We both liked our lady. She's set a few things in motion that will help pip - things that I had no idea how to even start. And she'll be our 'social worker' (I can't think of another way to put it) for the duration.Needless to say, pip is more than worn out. Add in a tummy bug of sorts and cramps, and there's no chance of school today.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!5

So glad you liked her and that it was helpful and progress is being made. Wonderful news.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!4 -
We have a party this afternoon. For pip's bday last week. 4 select friends, each bringing a game for all to play.We have done so much tidying up! And the downstairs has been transformed. I must take a video and show my sister 🤣🤣🤣NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!4

Ha ha Watty - it's some tidying but lots of piling things up. Dh despairs!Pip had such a happy day - the party went really well, and then pip went back to climbing after a 2 month break and thoroughly enjoyed that too.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!5

Today I have walked to the gym and done a session there, picked up my prescription, had a wonderful bath and scrub, shave and moisturise, and most importantly of all: I have gathered all my felt together and sorted it by colour. The ensuing problem was how to then store it as it far exceeded the previously available storage space 🤣. I'm still working on that!

Sounds like you had a lovely day and also have a happy 16 year oldDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Today I have sorted through all my wool (I hope!) I laid it all out on the bed and it covered it. Gulp! I have filled 2 carrier bags to give away.Once I'm back from tutoring, I must send a couple of emails about pip. He has good days, but the underlying sense of just wanting to die (no plan for it though) is very concerning. Every day is quite a rollercoaster for him.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!6
