And I was given the wool for Cmas by a friend, so it's not costing me anything! I made the socks for SIL first, to see how much wool they took. Then I have severely cut back for step dd in order to try to have enough for dgd too. I really hope there's enough!


Am on mse, avoiding marking. Except the pesky marking just won't go away...!

Didn't do the marking. Oops. But did plan a year group up until Easter.


Dd and I have been to see the wizard. The wonderful wizard of Oz. Why? Because, because, because, because, becaaaaauuuuse...

Ugg, but I want to get more sleep. Dd will struggle today. And the cast members were already looking worn out and wan before yesterday's performance, so they'll be in a right state today. And they still have 2 more performances to go...


Was considering wimping out of running today. But no. I am made of sterner stuff than that, I hope. Maybe...

It's only been a bit blustery and chilly here today. However, I skived off the run as I forgot to take my running shoes to work! So I did 200 reps (of the 500 rep workout) instead.


I allowed the good witch from Oz to have a snooze in my lesson today!



And dd will have an early night tonight!

Dh has just bought us a F+F railcard using tesc0 points. So, free!

Dh and I are off out for lunch at our local harv3st3r today, using a gift card that we were given 2 Christmases ago. Shows how much we eat out!


And dd and I are using our complimentary tickets to go and see Hairspray at the posh school this evening - after I have taken her to a group at church straight from school then rushed her home to feed her (and me) before dh takes us up the road (been asked not to park on site as v limited room).


In the rest of the day, there is laundry, sch prep for next week and beyond, sock sewing-up and mse mooching to fit in...
