Thank you one and all . It was a shame to go back to work today!
But it was a good'un. All my classes did their listening tests, so it was a peaceful time. I got 'stuff' done - furniture chats, marking, sorting, planning purchases, helping colleagues out - and I left super promptly and was home nice and early.
To then spend 75 mins, along with my very tech-y dh, trying to watch some required, urgent, essential, necessary, you-can't-continue-if-you-don't-watch-them videos. Only to fail. But a few emails later, and I was allowed to simply read the transcripts instead. Phew. ThenI wasn't exactly inthe mood to start standardisationing, but I thought I'd just do one. And I did ok. Double phew.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Another sunny day ahead.
I have already done zcut #1 mostly with my 12k KB, which makes it decidedly harder!
Today is counselling, a bit of food shopping - about 3 items, each from a different shop, plenty of walking, and my marking interspersed with washing up (the pile is biiiiiig), father brown, minion knitting, washing. Dh is home at 1.40 but has to go straight out until early evening, dd will get home at 4.30, so I have the day to myself.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Did zcut #3 today with the 12k KB. Go me!
S l o w l y getting there with the marking and getting it more and more nearly right...
Dd went up to watch some cricket at the Oval today. She was happy to think that her grandad would have been jealous, as he adored cricket. (No idea why! Though I expect I somehow know all the rules and terminology - pure osmosis...)
Hoping to chat to stepdd in Oz tomorrow morning. Just a 9 hour time difference at the mo.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
