I have thoroughly enjoyed my day off work.

School run done.

Library books returned and new ones taken out.

£50 in coins from fair float banked. ( must go and pay them off the mortgage)

Ch shop rummaged in - and jeans for me (perfect timing as my only jeans have splits in unmendable places), a lavender/rice microwaving thingy for my mum, and a china doll for dd. All for £7. Bargainaceous.

Aldee shop done, including a barrowload of sweets for my kiddies next week.

Floors swept and rug hoovered ON BOTH SIDES :rotfl:

Nearly 13k steps walked.

A 20 min workout done: man-maker, squat thrust + tuck jump, breakdance push up, competition sit up, box jump, sandbag clean and press + 2 reverse lunge. All good fun.:D

Having been through the big bunnies, choosing those unworthy/ unlikely to sell, I then went through the little bunnies and found a fair few there too. So the stitch ripper has been well used and many a bunny dismembered. However, I am recycling as much as I can and re-jigging the colour schemes to the more popular ones. Bizarrely, I don't think I'll rest and focus on another craft until I have sorted out these pesky bunnies - just as well I have the hols coming up!

Dh was home briefly before heading out to do the PA at a do at church tonight. It's a thank you to all the people who help. I couldn't go anyway, as we have no babysitters, and given that dh would be doing the PA, it would have missed the point for us! Dd and I have had a lovely evening together.

I was pondering the idea of joining the MFiT-4 for the next 3 years, as that ties in neatly with my desire to finish with the mortgage. However, we are expecting dh's job to go, so that will shift things around somewhat. We shall wait and see what happens... No point believing in a God who loves you and has a plan for your life if you then go and fret about it, eh? And if he keeps his job, then we are extremely blessed!

Thank you for the get well wishes for dh. He is not moaning about it and only offers info if asked about it first. We are thankful that his other eye is ok as I don't think he'd want to go through all this again.

4 re-configured bunnies made, and I am pleased with them. They have dd's seal of approval too .

Dd coughed her way through dance - I hadn't realised just how much she coughs! So we are NOT going out again today.

Off to look up zumba dance workouts on that utube site...

Aint utube great! Although for each of the 3 videos I worked out along to, they stopped playing about halfway through, I still got my 20 mins of jiggling and jumpling done. I don't know if I ache now from that or from the measly 2(!) assisted pull ups I did, using dd's bouncy hopper as the assist...!

Dd also has aching muscles - from all her coughing. She may not make Kids klub tomorrow...

Dh is on a downer today re his job. Fair enough. He started talking about all the things he should be doing (to look for a new one) and it was all rather overwhelming, and I said that they all involved active focus and time - so why didn't he just browse some job sites...? And do some of the other stuff tomorrow.

Dd has passed her coughing-through-the-night exam with flying colours! She woke us all up around 12.30 and we eventually brought her in with us where she did finally get to sleep until 7ish. So she is going nowhere today!

I want to do some financials again today - what goes out when and to whom - to get a handle on how much has to come in to cover it. No spreadsheet here - twill be pen(cil) and paper, or quill pen and parchment...

Dd's cough is more 'fruity' now and slightly less non-stop. Progress!

Dh has already gone to work, looking very dapper. I have a ' Christmas-themed' day, so can basically wear what I want to work - yay!

Today's jobs: reduce my roaming profile by over 50%; keep children all entertained and focussed on Christmassy tasks. Easy peasy!

Roaming profile shrunk massively. Am annoyed that I got 'flagged up' to the Head as 'not having done it' yet, when I only found out about the problem at the end of Thurs and do not work on a Friday. Grumpy face.

Another bunny sold today and the lovely person wanted to give me double the money I was asking for - I refused, but said I'd put the money in the Salvation Army pot for their Christmas work. One doubly satisfied customer!

Cakes made for dd's class party on thurs. Another grump coming... I have to provide her with a full g-f 'lunch' bag for the party as well as provide for others. The comment of 'we'll read the ingredients of what others bring in to see if she can have it' isn't really very satisfactory. Which other child may have NOTHING they can eat there???????

Anyhow, enough. Plenty to be grateful about too, more perspective required methinks!

Got me a walk at lunchtime, received a surprise present from ??? - it was just delivered to reception for me, presents for colleagues all sorted and wrapped (must remember them tomorrow...).

Now to do some tidying...:rotfl:
